David Holloway formed Reconstruct Ltd in 2004 and was Managing Director from 2004 to 2012. During this 8 year period Reconstruct Ltd reclad over 500 properties.


It became a market leader and built an enviable reputation for the quality of its reclad projects. Many of these projects were terraced housing projects, apartments and schools as well as stand alone houses.

These days David runs a much smaller team that can undertake the recladding stand alone houses and small projects.

We carry out general maintenance work to various entities including Knight Frank NZ Ltd and Extreme Entertainment Ltd. This work covers everything from minor work such as replacing door locks to more substantial renovations and repairs.
